The kitchen sink was full of gnats..... The bathroom sink did not drain.... Took one shower at 5 AM tried to have another shower at 7 AM and that person had cold water and it stayed that way for several hours and never did get hot. It's just very dirty they need to do a lot of cleaning it has a great base but they need to clean it and repair it....

Travelled into Knoxville for Tennessee Vols game and settled for this cheaper accommodation outside of downtown. Short distance to travel 20 mins, runs a bus to the stadium which is helpful. Overall cheap room for the weekend in which everything else was well booked ahead at very steep prices.

The bed! If I could have paid for it and fit it in the car, it would have been SOLD. SO COMFORTABLE! I originally picked this hotel because it mentioned no extra fees. I'm so tired of being charged $50 or $100 at every hotel at check-in now for "possible damages" you might cause and 4 or 5 days later being reimbursed and then put back on your card. This is a ridiculous practice that more and more hotels are doing. It was refreshing to stay somewhere that charged you for your stay and that was it. Staff was great, room was clean, bed was comfy, and I will book with them again. Thank you!
